How to Generate Statistics of Internet Activity?

SurveilStar Email Recording is a well designed and all-in-one computer activity monitoring software program for home and office use. It allows you to secretly record all you can monitor everything happened monitored computer, including MSN chats, screen capture and recording, outgoing and incoming emails, web surfing, FTP file transfer, and more.

SurveilStar Email Recording has many powerful features, for example, monitor, record and restrict Internet activities in the network; detect sensitive web pages, files, emails transferred on Internet and instant messages sent and received through MSN; keep track of employee e-mail and internet activities; keep track of child and spouse e-mail and internet activities; generate detailed statistics of internet activity. Select Tools->Statistic to calculate the statistic of computers’ Internet activities

After selecting the scope and date range, click the"Stat."button to start the statistic calculation. The corresponding statistic will be shown in the report area. You can customize the statistic by selecting different options provided in the statistic interface.

* Include:Specify data to be included in the statistic. You can include combination of emails data, web pages data and ftp file data in the statistic.

* According to:Specify if data in the statistic is grouped by computer or content type.

* Display:When data in the statistic is grouped by computer, you can choose Summary, Detail (1 level) and Detail (2 level) to adjust how detailed the statistic data should be included in the statistic report. You can choose Summary to show the total file number and file size of incoming and outgoing data through different protocol. If Detail (1 level) is selected, statistic regarding captured emails and web pages is classified by domain name. If Detail (2 level) is selected, statistic regarding captured emails and web pages is classified by single email address and single URL respectively. Statistic regarding ftp files is classified by domain name of ftp server no matter Detail (1 level) and Detail (2 level) is selected.

* Sort by:Specify if the statistic is sorted by name, number or file size.

* Only top:If there are too many records in the statistic, you can choose to display first specified number of records.

* Skip empty record:Choose this option not to display statistic with no incoming and outgoing data.

* Use page-break when printing:Choose this option to insert a page break after each statistic when printing the statistic report.

Note: To use print preview function, Internet Explorer 5.5 or above must be installed.
